Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness based interventions are gentle, collaborative practices that help individuals safely observe their internal experience of the present moment with openness, curiosity, nonjudgment, and compassion.
Our approach is trauma informed; recognizing how trauma damages the nervous system and interrupts the ability to regulate strong emotions. Practices are carefully adapted to each individual, with autonomy, consent, and flexibility at the center.
