Nature based Therapy
Nature-based therapy integrates the natural environment into the therapeutic process to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and well-being.
Coaching sessions are different from therapy sessions, but either may take place outdoors or intentionally draw on elements of nature, such as trees, plants, water, sunlight or moonlight, earth, and seasonal rhythms, to help individuals feel present and connected. Sessions also may involve an element of adventure or a more challenging outdoor activity.
By engaging with nature as a teacher and co-regulator, clients often experience reduced stress, increased clarity, and a renewed sense of perspective that supports healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
