The weight of trauma, loss, or change isn't something you have to carry alone. A nervous system on edge, bracing for impact. A loss that lingers. Not feeling like yourself. Chronic pain or thoughts that won't quiet. Together, we slow down and safely make contact with what's there. Our partnership is rooted in creating safety, expanding self-compassion, and supporting your unique neurobiology and experiences.
With a specialization in Art Therapy, I reintroduce art-making as a grounding tool and an embodied process that can shift how we see and process experience. I integrate evidence-based practice from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, somatic practices, mindfulness, and humanistic psychology. Utilizing these modalities expands awareness of existential stressors and destabilizing dynamics that can lock our nervous systems in fear. We release tension, make space, create, and restore, not just endure. Like nature, we open to non-judgmental ways of being.
Seeking support is a true sign of strength. Post-traumatic and meaningful change can occur at any stage of life. If you're carrying something unresolved that keeps pulling at you, that's enough to begin a journey towards creating space for deeper understanding and healing.
